My Question or Issue

When i try opening spotify, it crashes. After i tried some fixes I found out that this problem is because my internet. If I go in airplane mode it works perfect but i uninstalled the app and now i can’t install my liked songs.
If anyone knows how can i fix this please reach out. Thank you.

Have exactly the same.

IOS13, IPhone7. Premium Family

Opens for a split second and closes, reinstalled, shut off Iphone, 4G, wifi, only opens when on airplane mode, but then can't login, as soon as you turn wifi on it shuts off. Please fix asap

We're currently looking into the cause for the Spotify app crashing upon launch on iOS devices. Check out this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.

So this fixed by itself. I didn’t do anything since reaching to you and now it works.
