My Question or Issue

Every time I attempt to open the app, it crashes a few seconds later. This is strange considering the app was working perfectly fine a few hours ago. I’ve tried solutions like turning my phone off and on again, reinstalling the app, a clean uninstall and changing my region but none has worked so far.

If the Spotify app crashes immediately after launching on your iPhone and none of the troubleshooting steps you mention helped you might be experiencing an issue that we're currently looking into.

You can support our investigation by going to this Ongoing Issue and adding your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.

It's also a good idea to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
