topic Tracks never sync on ip4s in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

I've messaged spotify twice over ther past fortnight and posted on here publicly asking them to help me and they won't even answer me so I'm gonna ask for help from any other users who might know what's going on.

I've got an iPhone 4S running the latest iOS. Been a premium spotify user paying for about 9 months now, it's always been perfect for syncing. I updated my iOS about 3 weeks ago and at first it was still fine, then a week ago it started being really picky what songs it would sync and now it literally won't sync a single track so I'm having to stream everything.

On a last note, I don't have a computer or laptop so I only ever use spotify on my phone. If I can't use the sync feature it's as much use as YouTube except it only has half the songs haha.

Can someone help?!?

T

Hey 🙂

Tracks syncing very slowly is a known iOS bug.

I would suggest you try all of the steps outlined in the iOS troubleshooting guidelines to see if they have any improvement on your service.
