Cannot use Spotify on Apple Watch

Initially my spotify widget stopped working on my apple watch, whenever spotify song is playing, "now playing" on apple watch seems to work just fine, but when i use the spotify widget on the apple watch, the now playing screen just seemed to be frozen on a specific song, I also cannot play or control any other songs on the other pages on the apple watch spotify app.
I tried to uninstall spotify from both iPhone and apple watch, restarted my devices, and then reinstalled it again, now the spotify app just cannot be installed onto apple watch no matter how hard I tried to tap on the install button in iPhone's apple watch settings
