My Question or Issue

Every time I try to go look at a album or artist, (the screen that shows their name or album name) when I click the the area with all the songs nothing happens, it just stays on the same screen and does not let me browse the list with all the songs. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstall it, I’ve updated my phone, I’ve signed out of my account and signed back in. (This has started months ago)

Just to check, can you attach a screenshot of what you are referring to exactly, so I can take a closer look? Also, let me know what device this happens on.

When I click on the songs it stays on this screen, and I am on iPhone XR

Thanks for the screenshot!

I can confirm that at the moment, the "and more" option when viewing an album or artist page won't be leading to a page where you can preview a list of all the tracks contained within. However, you should still be able to listen to the shuffled tracks of an album or artist.

I understand that having the button while it not doing anything can be confusing and that you'd like to have a way to see all tracks in an album so rest assured that I’ll be passing your feedback to the right folks.

I also recommend posting an idea in the Ideas boards.
