Off line mode not working

Country : Canada

Device

iPhone SE (the old one)

Operating System

iOS 13.7

My Question

The off line mode does not work since a month if I'm not connected to wi-fi even if i'm Premium.

When connected to wifi and start to play a song, it will play.

Then i'm going out without wi-fi. After a few songs, the app stop working and get to the off line mode even if i'm Premium.

I deleted a few time the app and reinstall it. the problem doen't have been solved.

What can i do?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

Keep in mind that in order to listen to music offline, you have to download content you'd like to listen to while not having any Internet connection, and turn on offline mode in settings.

Otherwise, it won't be possible to listen to music and podcast after loosing connection.

I've never done this before & I never got this problem since this summer.

Hi @MariaPan,

I don't know when this setting was presented, but it's definitely not new. It's been a few years already.

Maybe you had a different connection, so your music was playing even without turning the offline mode on.
