&lt;P&gt;It points indeed to the issue being device related. Could you reinstall the app once more, but this time using &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;steps? They are more thorough and ensure that no leftover files remain. Make sure to also restart you device. This is a effective, but often overlooked step.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's a good idea afterwards to also check if the Spotify app has all permissions enabled. You can find them in the &lt;EM&gt;Privacy &lt;/EM&gt;section of your iPhone's setting.&lt;/P&gt;

A blank space is shown where the title of the song should be showed, and the song does play as it's supposed to. However, this issue makes it really inconvenient when I want to remove something from my queue or move it to a different spot. I&amp;nbsp;attached a photo to show what it looks like.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue has been happening for about 6 months now. I have tried deleting the app and logging out of my account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Could you let us know whether or not the queue displays correctly in our &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank"&gt;web player&lt;/A&gt;? How about when you log in to another deice, if that's an option? If you could also let a friend or family member log in to their own account on your&amp;nbsp;iPhone XR to see if the issue also comes up,&amp;nbsp;that would also help us out a lot. This way we can determine whether the device or your account is causing this behavior.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;

Can you try from another browser or an &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/What-is-quot-Private-quot-or-quot-Incognito-quot-browsing/ta-p/4587453" target="_blank"&gt;incognito/private&lt;/A&gt; window?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you try the following:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try an alternative connection (if on a public or office network try a private network, if possible)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Soft reset of the device&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ensure device has enough storage space&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick, can you provide us a screenshot so that we can have a closer look of what's going on directly from your end.&lt;/P&gt;
