Music pausing after switching to other apps and then entering Spotify app again

My Question or Issue

With the latest iOS Spotify app (8.5.79.1024), the music automatically pauses when I switch between other apps or just exiting to the home screen and then entering the Spotify app again.

@spyrot - If you're still experiencing this we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Can you also let us know which version of the app you have?
