Auto Connect

Im using an iPhone running iOS 14, with a premium account. I also use a Windows laptop with the same account.

I usually have Spotify open on my laptop while using social media on my phone. The issue is that my phone auto connects to my laptop's Spotify, and the volume syncs up and my phone starts playing videos at full volume, and if I try to lower the volume, it lowers my music on my laptop.

Please fix this, just a pain to deal with and there's no reason for a phone to auto connect without opening the app.

Hmm, I understand your frustration with this feature. You can disable the control of other devices on your lock screen in "Spotify > Your Library > Settings > Devices > Devices Lock Screen". Just toggle that setting off and you should be all ready to rock. Let me know how you get on!
