      <description>&lt;P&gt;Estou com uma grande dúvida em relação ao pagamento do Spotify. Fiz a assinatura no Plano Familiar dia 08/09/2017 porém na minha conta aparece que a data de renovação é 28/09. A fatura do meu cartão vence no dia 10/10, a assinatura não é mensal ? Como a data de cobrança pode ser dia 28/09 sendo que não dá nem 1 mês ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Quando fazemos o upgrade do Premium regular pro Familiar, recebemos um e-mail do Spotify com o recibo da compra. Dá uma conferida no seu pra ver se as informações (principalmente a data) estão certos.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Então, verifiquei na minha caixa de email é realmente recebi um recibo, é uma mensagem dizendo que meu pagamento foi confirmado. Porém, a princípio fiz a conta individual e depois mudei para o plano familiar. Só que após essa mudança não recebi mais nenhum e-mail de cobrança. Isso é normal ? Nos meus comprovantes só aparece os 16,90 do plano individual...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bom, quando a gente passa de uma assinatura Premium regular a um Plano Premium Familiar, é provável que a próxima data de pagamento seja antecipada alguns dias. Isso acontece por causa da diferença de preço entre o Plano Premium Familiar e o Premium regular que a gente assinava antes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We'd suggest you head &lt;A href="https://accounts.spotify.com/login/?_locale=en-US&amp;amp;continue=https:%2F%2Fwww.spotify.com%2Fus%2Faccount%2Fsubscription%2Freceipt%2F" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and check the receipts. That way you can&amp;nbsp;see if the payment was successful. If the payment was not successful, you can open an incognito window on your PC. Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. Then you can try again activating the Premium Family subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If there are no payments but you've been charged for a subscription, it's a good idea to give &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;steps a go. It could be that you've logged in to a secondary account.&lt;/P&gt;
