Hi, have you tried logging in and out?

Some iOS users have reported that uninstalling then reinstalling the app allowed them to use their subscription as well 🙂

What does it say when you go to your subscription page?

If it doesn't say premium, then it didn't go through.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now it's working! Thanks LiamW.

Same problem here; my iPhone App don't recognize my premium account.

I also unistalled and re-installed the app but the problem is not solved...

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post. If its still not working, just post on that topic and someone will look into it for you.
