Local FIles not Syncing

My Question or Issue

I have spotify premium and wanted to sync a song from youtube to my phone. i downloaded the mp3 of that song on my computer and added it to a playlist like it said. I can play it perfectly fine on the computer. next, when i download the playlist on my iphone, the song wont show up. i did everything it asked for and ive re downloaded both. im also on the same wifi network as my computer.
