My Question or Issue

Hi,

I had trouble updating my Spotify app on my iPhone 6S, so I updated the phone to iOS 14.2 thinking it would help, but it didn’t. So I removed the app from the device and now I face the same problem downloading the Spotify app. I’ve restarted the device, but ”the circle” stops downloading when 1/4 of it remains (see picture), and then the clous and arrow symbol appears.

Could you try downloading the app here using a different network connection?

I’ve tried downloading the app through that link and got redirected to App Store, even though I used two different network connections.

In this case, I'd recommend following these steps. On that page, if you're still having issues, you can get in touch with Apple Support.
