App keeps crashing

My app keeps crashing every 10 minutes and only works when I have data or wifi. It keeps saying ‘Spotify offline’ and I can’t listen to music when I am outdoors

Did it start happening after a specific event?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Does it only crash when you're using it offline?
