My Question or Issue

- Shuffle doesn't work as you can see in the video

- Also Spotify stops any whatsapp voice messages

I don't know how to fix these issues

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't trick - would you mind trying to send us a screen recording again since we're not able to see any screen recording in your previous post.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
