My Question or Issue

Last time i stated my problems with the on going issues with Spotify crashing constantly and draining the energy down in less then an hour now since some weeks have passed and it’s still not fixed i get back to the post and see not right now i feel completely scammed right here im paying to use a service what doesn’t work since a month now nearly and it isn’t even being worked on? Do you even care about your consumer or what are you planning on doing.
