 &lt;LI&gt;Perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your iPhone. Follow the steps from this &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;Guide&lt;/A&gt;, as the clean reinstall involves deleting all app data.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Factory reset your Denon AVR.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try connecting both devices to a different network like a mobile hotspot to see if the issue if network related.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try logging in with a different account on your phone and check whether you can see the amplifier.&lt;/LI&gt;

Do you have a Solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;things I have already done:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Spotify reinstall (have also access to find local devices)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-iOS reboot&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-AVR Reboot&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AVR still missing in device list&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
