Extremely slow when scrolling

My Question or Issue

Recently my spotify app has become incredibly slow when scrolling through my playlist, so much that it doesn’t even respond to the scrolling by the time i’m halfway through. I’m on iOS 14.2 (iPhone 11) and i’ve tried restarting my device, reinstalling the app and cleared all cache and it still doesn’t work properly, it’s close to unusable at this point. I’ve seen nobody having the same issues anywhere.

The troubleshooting steps you've tried are very good. We'd like to add a few more.

In case you're using any battery optimization or power saving apps, it's a good idea to deactivate them for Spotify. Does the issue occur on another device? That way we can check if it's a device-related issue.

It's also a good idea to have at least 1GB of free memory on your device for optimum performance.
