My Question or Issue

shuffle isn't working when I try to shuffle album, or artists. It only works when i shuffle playlists. Whenever i do shuffle albums it plays one song but doesn't play the next song the queue also doesn't show any songs. when i shuffle artists nothing plays. i've tried deleting the app multiple times but nothings worked, i've also cleared my cache and that did nothing.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This step will clean the cache and corrupted files from previous installations that can cause issues.

It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have?
