iOS player keeps shutting down

My Question or Issue

so when I start playing a song after a 30 seconds the app shuts down and the song stops so I have to go back to the app and turn the song on again and again. I already tried reinstalling and reopening the app.

Could you try another reinstall of the app, this time following these steps? It's different than the standard reinstall.

I already did that but it doesn’t work. It works for the first two songs but after that the song keeps stopping

In case you're using any battery optimization or power saving apps, we'd suggest you deactivate them for Spotify. If other apps are running in the background, it's a good idea to close them. Are there any changes?

For optimum performance, we recommend having at least 1GB of free memory on your device.

If the issue persists, we'll need the Spotify version that is running on your phone. You can also send us a screen recording of what you're seeing. We'll investigate this further.
