I reset the devices and the wifi and when I hit connect it says “connecting” and never does and stops trying. I’m getting extremely annoyed that I’m paying for a service that constantly glitches.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear you're having issues with Connect. Good job on resetting the router and devices, this usually solves similar issues. It's however possible that some of the app files have gotten corrupted and that's the reason Connect is malfunctioning. Let us know if this issue persists once you've performed a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; on the affected devices. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any damaged files from previous installations.&lt;/P&gt;
