Offline access denied

I only use offline on one device, my iPod. Just now, a popup says that offline access to this device has been denied because I have already enabled it on the allowed number of devices. What gives?

It looks like you've reached the maximum of 5 different Offline devices. You can read more on that here.

You can manage your Offline devices by logging in here 🙂

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community.

If you're unable to download your music, we'd recommend taking a look at this article for more info and useful tips.

Keep in mind that you can only download songs on 5 different devices. If you try to download music on a 6th device, the downloads from the device that hasn't been used in the longest amount of time will be automatically deleted.
