    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I changed my password and suddenly my account was downgraded to a free spotify account. I then upgraded again but it decided to charge me (even though i paid less than a month ago) and has none of my playlists radio or anything. I'm also worried that I may get charged twice a month now? How the hell do you contact someone in Spotify regarding accounts?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It does sound like you have set up and subscribed on two accounts, but don't worry they will be able to fix it all for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
