Hello.

I am seeing Spotify crash on my iPhone 7/32GB/iOS 14. Looking for debug suggestions or info about known issues. Have tried app reinstall, data and cache clearing, data saver mode, etc.

Thanks for trying those steps. Let's see if this happens if you create a new test account. Could you create a new account here, and test the app to let me know if the same behavior occurs?

If that doesn't help, let me know if you've noticed Spotify using more of your battery than normal.

Oddly enough, the test account does not crash. Any explanation?

Hey there @user-removed,

Thanks for the reply.

Sometimes accounts get broken and can cause issues on some devices. We'd recommend playing music from the new account for a few days to make sure the app won't be crashing again.

If everything keeps working fine, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Guide to transfer your music Library over to the new account.
