Where is my queue?

iPhone XS

IOS version 14.4

I can’t find/access my queue from anywhere in my app. I opened the three dots section in my now playing and there is nothing there. I even tried downloading the most recent update.

You can read about using the Play Queue in this support article.

After tapping the Now Playing bar on your mobile device (at the bottom of the screen), have you tried then tapping the Play Queue icon* in the bottom-right corner in order to view the songs that are going to play next?

Thanks for getting back to me. The icon at the bottom right of my screen is
a sharing option, and there is no queue options when I click on it. --

In this case, I recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure that there are no old cache files causing this issue.

Also, if possible, can you try logging in with another account to see if the issue persists? This would be useful to make sure that the issue is not account-related.
