My Question or Issue

These past few days, my music will suddenly pause on a random song, and when I click play, it won’t start and I have to skip it to listen to music. Then about two songs after, it’ll pause again and this doesn’t just happen when i’m listening at home! I’ve restarted my phone and the wifi, logged out of all devices, and i just don’t know what to do anymore.

In this case, it's worth running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if that also happens while using a different connection, like mobile data or another WiFi network?

Also, could you try on a different device and let us know if this behavior persists there?

Lastly, we'd like to know the exact Spotify version you're running.
