    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a premium account with Spotify and it works fine on my desktop and iPhone. &amp;nbsp;My problem is when I try to use it on my iPad &amp;nbsp;all the playlists I have downloaded for offline use have a red circle with a white exclamation mark, saying "Track Unavailable". &amp;nbsp;I have tried turning my device on and off, restarting the app and logging in and out, but nothing seems to work. &amp;nbsp;It was working fine before. &amp;nbsp;Please help me&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done this several times and it still wont let me play the playlists I have download offline. &amp;nbsp;It comes up with the green arrow on the playlist to say its downloaded but the red exclamation circel on all the actual songs in the playlist&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The tracks have been corrupted - uninstall the app then install it again to clear the cache, and re-download the playlists.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You have more than 3,333 tracks downloaded to the device - unlikely if all your tracks are showing a red mark.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You have more than 3 devices with offline tracks attatched to your account - log off some of your devices if this is the case.&lt;/LI&gt;
