&lt;P&gt;We understand you've already tried reinstalling the app. However, we'd like to suggest a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; as it's more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using a different internet connection to see if you notice anything new?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Czech Republic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iPhone 8+)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iOS 14.4.2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After update of the iOS the spotify started pausing accidentaly the songs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does it even when the phone is unlocked.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried reinstall the app and sign in and out of the device.&lt;BR /&gt;I stream the music into other devices as well.&lt;BR /&gt;If the phone is turned off, it does not have problem, the problem is in the phone which is pausing the songs for all other devices as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It was not hapenning before the update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Feel free to ask for aditional info needed for debugging.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Facing the same issue, Spotify was working fine but after upate it is not responding. When I try to play song it plays 2 or 3 sec and after that app automatically shut down. I don't know how to fix this problem. Suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Another useful steps to try is the following:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Soft reset of the device&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ensure device has enough storage space&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
