How do I turn off this alert?

My Question or Issue

This alert "connect to a device" always pops up whenever I search up a song and play it, or if I play a song from a different album or playlist. This has been going on for the past week and I am not sure how to turn it off.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

Could you confirm if this still happens after logging out from all devices and then logging back in? Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.

If this persists, try running a clean reinstall of Spotify. This will remove leftover data from previous installations that could be causing this issue.
