Can you let us know if that happens when listening directly on the iPad or if it's connected to another device via Connect or any other type of connection?

Plan

Free/Premium

Country

Device

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

the normalization on my ipad is ineffective. switching between loud normal and quiet has no effect. The volume of some songs, especially older ones play at a much lower volume and soft songs such as instrumental and vocal/piano songs play much louder than they should. The normalization on my android phone is much more effective.

Thanks for your reply.

Would you mind letting us know the OS version currently running on your iPad?

Also, is the same thing happening when your iPad is not connected to the speaker?

Keep us posted.
