    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone X, PC&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iOS 14.5, Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After many years of being a premium user, all of a sudden, things started going wrong:&lt;BR /&gt;Mobile:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Songs only play the first 10 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;- Search does not work&lt;BR /&gt;- Everything is slow and lags a lot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Opening playlists and songs take too long&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Unable to search for songs&lt;BR /&gt;- Does not connect to phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Very slow and laggy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Is not up to date with the playlist made from mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do keep in mind that for many years everything was working smoothly, connection was smooth, speed was good, and everything was fine until it all went wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried re-installing, updating, rebooting, and all the troubleshooting I can. Nothing is working&lt;BR /&gt;Please Help&lt;BR /&gt;I love Spotify but I can't seem to use it anymore even on both devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
