When I stream music from my iPhone through Spotify Connect to my Bluesound Powernode 2i and adjust the volume, this is working fine. Every time I want to turn the volume down, it goes all the way down at once. So there is no sound at all. 😞

Any solution?

Can you let us know if that only happens when playing on your sound system, or if it also happens when playing on any other device through Connect?

Thanks Carlos, I'm only using Spotify Connect on the Bluesound. So the
answer is yes. 🙂

Thanks for the reply.

You can try to run a factory reset on the amplifier and check whether there are any available firmware updates.

If that doesn't make a difference, can you let us know if this is happening only when you use the volume buttons on your phone, or also when you use the volume slider in-app?
