&lt;P&gt;We recommend you &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;log out everywhere&lt;/A&gt; and run a clean reinstall on all your devices, this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force an account wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;this guide&lt;/A&gt; for the steps relevant to each device.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Chromecast Issues while using the Spotify App from Android and also from Windows PC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;I use the same Spotify account across my devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Off late, last 1-2 weeks, when I use Spotify with Chromecast devices, the music stops exactly after 3-4 songs have played. I think this has something to do with Chromecast and the Advertisements.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After such a disconnect, I need to reconnect to the Chromecast device and hit the play button again. This behavior is consistent across windows and android devices at the very least. Perhaps also on other devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a known issue or normal behavior for the non-premium user accounts?&lt;BR /&gt;If this is an issue, does anyone know if there will there be a fix?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
