iOS shuffle and repeat are disabled

My Question or Issue -

When playing a radio station using iOS device the shuffle and repeat options are greyed out. The station can be based on anything (song, artist, playlist, etc.) for this to occur. However the shuffle and repeat options are available when the exact same playlist is played from this iOS device using Apple’s CarPlay.

I have tried to clean reinstall the app, restart the device, and duplicated the issue when logged in to another premium account on this iOS device.

Would you mind letting us know if this is only happening on your phone or on other devices as well?

On another note, we'd suggest checking if the OS of your device has any pending updates.

Lastly, could you let us know if the issue persists using a different internet connection?
