      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;USA&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone Xr (issue is with Gear Fit2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone: iOS 15 Beta 2 (this was an issue on iOS 14 as well)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch:R360XXU1ERC7 (Latest version of Tizen for the watch)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Spotify app on my Gear Fit2 does not work. Every time I try to login (directly from the watch and via Spotify Pair), it gives me an infinite loading screen or prompts me to upgrade to premium. When i click on the button to upgrade it says login failed. I am aware that you do not need premium to use the app. I really want to be able to control my music from my watch as it is very useful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you and have a great day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you try resetting your Gear Fit? If that doesn't do the trick, try reinstalling the app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, could you try&amp;nbsp;using a different connection, like mobile data or a different WiFi network?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
