My Question or Issue

As of literally right now none of my msuic will play. I have my whole main playlist saved for offline and online I’ve tried installing again resetting my phone nothing works. Music is stuck at 0:00 and won’t play even if I skip ahead or songs

It happens with me too, Android 10. When I skip a song, it get stuck at 0:00 and won't play at all. It's really annoying. No matter what I do, it won't play. Sometimes, forcefully killing the task will solve it, but a after a little while it happens again. My downloaded library won't play either. Tried offline mode, going offline, back online, but nothing works.

Hey @joshyB @luizzeross

I heard from some users that they were able to work around this issue by going into the Spotify app settings and turning "Normalize Volume" on if it is currently off. Might be an issue happening when turned off but some were able to turn it back off again without any issue.

Note: Normalize Volume setting is recommended to be turned on and when you first install Spotify this is turned on by default
