Progress bar not moving

My Question or Issue

When playing music in spotify, the progress bar doesn't move when playing music unless you pause and unpause the music. Even so, it works half the time. The same thing can be reported when playing/pausing music outside of spotify in the widget/notification centre.

Hey @GaBeriel_1

Sometimes when there is a new update released from Apple, the progress bar stops working. What i would recommend on doing is reinstall Spotify, this usually leviates the issue with the bar.

Thank you for posting on this thread.

In this case, please follow the steps on this article to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Keep in mind that we don't recommend installing older versions as they don't have the latest fixes.
