My Question or Issue

whenever spotify i’m not on spotify or my phone is closed after 30seconds the app crashes

To start, we'd like to know if this started happening after a certain event like an update. This can help us get more insights about it.

Our first suggestion is you run a clean reinstall of the app. This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

In case this doesn't work, please make sure your phone isn't running any battery optimization or power saving apps for Spotify. Does that make a difference?
