Spotify is Slow on iPhone 11 Pro

My Question or Issue:

Spotify has been extremely slow for at least the last 3 days on my iPhone 11 Pro. And oftentimes, will randomly stop playing and the app will shut down. I have tried restarting my iPhone, deleting Spotify's memory cache, reinstalling Spotify, logging out of Spotify everywhere, and forcing Spotify to restart (I may have tried a some other fixes that I'm not recalling now). And none of these solutions have worked. What else can I do to make Spotify work without crashing and work more quickly?

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try updating to iOS 14.8 and try another quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Also let me your Spotify version that you have installed, find it in Settings > About (scroll to the bottom).

I'm having the same issue for a while now when the app crashes. To avoid the crashing I'd suggest to not open Your Library if you don't need to do anything there, but please note that it doesn't always work. Another thing is to usually keep the iPhone unlocked in Spotify until 1-2 songs are finished playing.

It'd be great if you could do a video record of this behavior, so it would be easier for investigation and to fixing the issue or issues causing this.
