Notifications os iOS not working

My Question or Issue

Hi!

All of my push notifications are on, both in iOS settings and in Spotify settings, but I'm not getting any.

I've tried turning all of them off and on again, and performing a clean reinstall, but it was no help.

Could you give me a hand, please? This way, I only find out about new music days after it's been released. 😕

Can you go into your phone's app settings and check if Notifications are enabled for the Spotify app again after the clean reinstall?

If that's checked, try enabling push notification for a podcast that releases new episodes every day and check if you see a notification for that.
