playlists keep disappearing

on the Premium plan, and have been for a while in Australia.

iPhone 5, 9 Ikno...) and iphone 11 , so iOS... my 5 has Spotify v8.6.56.1456

My Question or Issue

when switching across to 'off-line' as we are out of cell signal range, playlists are unplayable, even tho they are REPEATEDLY downloaded when signal is available.

-this of course requires us to hotspot the other phone as wifi isn't usually accessible.

we are circling Australia in a caravan and are mostly out of signal... (something about a 'first world country'...).

why must we repeatedly download the same playlists???

Isn't that the idea of Spotify??

I see that this is a "fixed" ongoing issue. sadly, not for us.

I sure miss my ipod.

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you send us the URI of the playlist/playlists this occurs on so that we can have a closer look?
