My Question or Issue

Sorry for bad english. I use an older version of spotify on my Iphone 5 because the newest version isnt supported. But when I try to login I get the error message: Something went wrong, please try again later. I tried login via Facebook, and via my usual email+password, I also tried doing it with my username+password. I know this combination is right because I can login on my laptop with it. Any help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

We'd first recommend making sure that your phone doesn't have any pending OS updates. Currently, you must be on iOS 12 (or above) to meet the minimum requirements and use the app with no issues.

Keep in mind that we can't guarantee proper functionality of the app if you're using an older version or an unsupported OS version.
