Cannot view lyrics on iPhone app

Country: Mexico - Previously UK

Device

(iPhone 13)

Operating System

(iOS 15.3)

I have tried all the guides and Youtube tutorials for months for seeing the lyrics to songs on the iPhone app, with no luck. I am currently on the family premium plan and other people on the same plan can see the lyrics but I cannot. Maybe because I was previously on a Premium UK plan?

Please advise.

If you are still not seeing lyrics on your device, please reach out to the support team. Have your login email and device info at the ready and the team should be able to get this resolved in a couple of working days after they record your case.

You can do so through any of these channels.

Also, make sure your device is running the latest version of Spotify available on the App Store.
