Spotify offline without WLAN

My Question or Issue

"Spotify is offline" is desplayed every time I turn off my WLAN. My mobile data is turned on and works well in browser. Installing Spotify new doesn't help.

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling. However, we’d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking in the Web Player to see if it makes any difference? This will help us to take a better look at the issue.
