Hello .I have been billed by spotify and still have not received mg access to spotify premium all I want to do us listen to my playlists. Help?

It should be available to you.. If not you need to call them and complain ( yes I know their number must cost you a lot but then you are paying anyway so believe me you won't win) .they are trying to make money off you remember. So make sure you call them and say you want a free month for it so they don't lose your custom. Best of luck 😉
