Denon receiver is turned on by Spotify in the middle of the night.

Time is random and song is different and unknown each time. What is going on? How do I stop this?

Can you try the following:

Perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your iPhone. Follow the steps from this Guide, as the clean reinstall involves deleting all app data.
Factory reset your Denon.

I performed a hard reset on the Denon and changed my password on Spotify. It appears to have resolved the issue.
