Safari on my ipod won't load webplayer. The help menu says you need Safari 11. I have Safari 12. There aren't any restrictions that would restrict access

Can you try restarting your iPod and then try accessing the Web player Safari again using this link?

If that doesn't work, can you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to load the web player?

I have a similar problem with my iPhone 6. I use Safari as well and can no longer play music on the web player. I’ve tried to use another phone, an iPhone 6S, and that is still the same problem.

so to be more specific about what is happening, I will go to Spotify main page on safari, and everything in that way is normal. When I click on “Listen to Spotify,” it will redirect me, like it normally does. Now here’s the problem, it’s a white screen

hopefully someone can help me. I will also post a separate topic for others.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Currently Spotify is supported on iOS devices with iOS 13 and above. If this iOS version is not installed or compatible with your phone, Spotify will not be supported.
