Spotify skips songs when connected to Sync system on my car

My Question or Issue

Why spotify keeps skipping songs when connected through bluetooth to my Car Sync system. Microsoft system for Ford C-max 2013.

This issue just started the last year.

It plays first song ok, but after the next one , start skipping the song after 6 seconds and keeps skipping on that playlist. Then I click go back button and keeps doing the same , after probably the four time , the song play normal but sometimes a few seconds before (around 15 seconds) it ends start skipping again. I had to sometimes click pause and again click the back button until works fine. This is very annoying .

Definitly is a bug related to bluetooth connections but only happens on the car system, it does not happen with other bluetooth devices. Please check , if you require more info to try to replicate please let me know as been dealing with this issue for a while.

Could you send us a short video where we can see the issue you mention?

Changing tunes, we recommend that you check if there's any firmware available for your car system.

Lastly, let us know if this happens when logging in with a different account (if possible) and tell us if this happens with multiple playlists.
