[iOS][Your Library] Stop pushing content down when downloading songs to device

Whenever I have a large number of songs downloading to my phone the top of the screen expands every time a new song begins to download.

This causes all the content to move up and down, making it difficult to tap/select something on the screen accurately.

To keep investigating this behavior, would you mind testing on a different device to see if it makes any difference?

Also, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of the device involved, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
