&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't yet, you can start off with a&lt;STRONG&gt; clean reinstall &lt;/STRONG&gt;of the Spotify app on your device to see if this makes a difference. You can find out the steps to do it &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On another note, we'd like to gather as much information as possible. Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as a Twitter update? If yes, please send us the details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lastly, in order to isolate the inconvenience you mentioned, it'd be great if you could ask for the mobile device of a relative or a friend to open your account and check if this persists there.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
